For years we have witness the highs and lows of the market in which gives us the perception of the market is rather streaky if not stable. Can’t argue with the people Miami does boasts a lot of potential, it is almost uncommon to a place be that popular, I think Miami Beach is in the lines of NY and Hollywood, they are that well-known. So, that probably explains why people loves to hit the spot in Miami Beach, because they offers so much and they are one of the most celebrated destination in the map. Well for now, Miami Beach might be in the low numbers area, but it is understandable, there are still condos that are being built, there are still homes that being reconstructed and refurbished so the potential that the area may soon rise from the depression once again be a dominant force in the real estate biz. Truly Miami Beach real estate is one of its kind and definitely on a league of its own.
